Course Description: 

Actex's Exam FM/2 Prep course is a course dealing in the review of key concepts from financial mathematics.  Topics include mathematical theory of compound interest, force of interest, annuities, equations of value, yield rates, amortization, sinking funds, bonds, term structure of interest rates, cash flow duration and immunization, general derivatives, options, hedging and investment strategies, forwards and futures, and swaps.

Course Goals:

The goal of the course is to sharpen students' financial math and problem-solving skills so that they can answer at least 80% of Exam FM/2 questions correctly, which I expect will lead to passing Exam FM/2.
